01What Funding Hub is — and isn't
Funding Hub is a marketplace and loan broker. We help individuals and businesses prepare applications and connect them with independent lenders and funding providers.
Funding Hub is not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that you'll be approved or receive any particular amount, rate, term, or timing. Every offer comes from a lender or funding provider, under that provider's own agreement, disclosures, and terms — read them before you accept.
Funding Hub may be compensated by lenders or funding providers when a transaction closes. If any fee or broker compensation is charged to you, it will be disclosed in your offer documents before you accept. Applying through Funding Hub is free.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and located in the United States. If you apply for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for it and that the owners and officers you list have agreed to be included.
03Your account
Keep your password private and your contact information current. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, or that put others at risk.
04Applications and accuracy
Everything you submit must be true, accurate, and complete, and you'll tell us promptly when anything material changes. Submitting false or misleading information can be a crime, and lenders rely on what you provide.
When you sign your application, you also sign a separate authorization that lets us and our funding partners verify your information, obtain credit reports, share your application to find financing, and contact you. That authorization is part of these terms.
05Electronic signatures and records
You agree to do business with us electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, and we may provide notices and records to you electronically, by email or in your account. You may request a paper copy at no charge, or withdraw consent to electronic records, by contacting us — withdrawing may prevent us from continuing to help with your request.
06Calls, texts, and emails
By providing a phone number and email, you agree that we, our funding partners, and agents acting for us may contact you about your application and related financing — including with automated technology and pre-recorded messages, where you've given the consent the law requires. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to marketing calls and texts is not a condition of obtaining financing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
07Referral partners
If you use Funding Hub as a referral partner (for example, a CPA, broker, credit-repair company, or financial consultant), you additionally agree to:
- Submit a client's information only with that client's knowledge and permission.
- Represent Funding Hub, lenders, and offers accurately — no promises of approval, rates, or terms.
- Keep client information confidential and secure, and follow all laws that apply to you, including financial-privacy, telemarketing, and licensing laws.
- Not charge clients any fee related to a Funding Hub transaction unless permitted by law and disclosed to the client in writing.
Any referral compensation is governed by a separate written agreement. We may remove partner access for violations.
08Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That includes: submitting information about someone without their authorization; impersonating anyone; uploading malware or anything unlawful; probing, scanning, or testing our systems' security without written permission; scraping; or interfering with the service or other users.
09Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. It's part of these terms.
10Our content
The site, the application experience, our logos, and our content belong to Funding Hub or its licensors. You may use them only to use our services. You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide; you grant us the rights needed to process and share them as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
11Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the site is general and isn't financial, legal, or tax advice — talk to your own advisors about whether a financing product is right for you.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Funding Hub and its owners, employees, and agents won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service or any lender's decisions or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13Indemnification
You'll defend and indemnify Funding Hub against claims and losses arising from information you submit, your violation of these terms, or — for referral partners — your dealings with the clients you refer.
14Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when. For material changes we'll give account holders notice before they take effect. You can stop using the service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive (such as accuracy, disclaimers, and limitations) will.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Funding Hub has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
